Mike has more than 40 years
experience in patent searching,
assessing patentability, drafting,
filing, and prosecuting patent and
design applications both in South
Africa and abroad. He was also
involved to a limited extent in
patent litigation, but his work led
to a serious involvement in the
licensing of Intellectual Property.
Mike enjoys advising clients on the
broad spectrum of Intellectual
Property rights available to them to
best protect their business
interests.
