Introduction

Oswald Alembong is a candidate patent attorney and focuses on local and international patent searches and drafting patent specifications for clients. Oswald has completed an MScEng degree in chemical engineering and is currently studying towards a degree in law as well as the requisite examinations to qualify as a South African patent attorney and a Mandataire agréé before OAPI.

Skilled in chemical processes and design, Oswald is experienced in drafting patent specifications in a wide array of technological areas including mechanical devices, computer hardware and software, chemical processes, renewable energy technologies, medical devices, and new consumer products.

Oswald is from Cameroon and has full working proficiency in French and can effectively assist clients in obtaining intellectual property rights in French West Africa.
