About Lindy le Roux

Lindy is an associate in the trade mark department and focuses on local and foreign searches, trade mark oppositions, trade mark and copyright infringement matters, passing-off and anti-counterfeiting.

After obtaining both a science and law degree from the University of Stellenbosch and completing her masters at the University of Cape Town, she joined Von Seidels at the beginning of 2017. She has gained experience working in teams dealing with complex and contentious matters, both in prosecution and litigation.

Her pragmatic and strategic approach ties in well with her interest in protecting and enforcing businesses’ IP rights.
