Salomé le Roux is an attorney and qualified trade mark practitioner. She specialises in contentious trade mark, copyright and unlawful competition matters, including trade mark oppositions and cancellations, trade mark infringement, passing-off, company name and domain name objections, advertising complaints and anti-counterfeiting.
Salomé also has experience in conducting trade mark availability searches both in South Africa and abroad, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications internationally and trade mark portfolio management.
She holds a master’s degree in intellectual property law, having chosen to focus her studies on domain name disputes.
