Requirements for IP Secretaries

A Grade 12 certificate is the minimum requirement to join us as a Junior IP Secretary, with a relevant secretarial or paralegal qualification considered an advantage.

This is a junior-level, training-provided role. We’ll equip you with everything you need, including structured training on our case management system, Patricia, and our billing system, Elite 3E, within your first six months.

What matters most to us is attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a genuine commitment to trust, integrity, and confidentiality.

Requirements for Attorneys

You must be an admitted South African attorney and either a SAIIPL qualified trade mark practitioner or a patent attorney registered with the dtic.
