Juletha-Marié is a candidate attorney in the trade mark department.

She received a Doctor of Laws (LLD) degree on a dissertation titled "The interface between competition and intellectual property law: finding common ground and resolving the tensions between these areas of law from a South African perspective" from the University of Stellenbosch. This is the first doctorate in this area of law in South Africa. Juletha-Marié can, thus, be seen as a leading expert in this field.

Juletha-Marié has a passion for intellectual property and competition law, specifically the tension at the interface between these two areas of law. However, she also has a general interest in trade mark-, copyright- and competition law matters. She enjoys writing, and has notable research skills.
