Saige is a candidate attorney in the patent department with a strong background in chemistry. She specialises in freedom-to-operate searches, patentability investigations, and the drafting and prosecution of patent applications.

She completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Medicinal Chemistry, followed by an Honours in Chemistry at Stellenbosch University, where she specialised in complex chemistry. Saige is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Laws through the University of South Africa. She has a keen interest in pharmaceutical and medical patents.
