Von Seidels wins two Acquisition International legal awards
Von Seidels has won two awards in the Acquisition International 2014 M&A Awards:
Intellectual Property Law Firm of the Year – South Africa
Legal Innovators of the Year – South Africa
The research involves firms being nominated then voted for by their clients and industry peers and merit for the firm’s work and achievements over the past year. The award winners are determined by, firstly, the number of votes received from Acquisition International Magazine’s 53,000+ subscribers, in-house database of 150,000 individuals actively involved in some form of transactional activity. Secondly, by substantial in-house research. And thirdly, by requesting supporting documents from nominees.
