Adré Pretorius is an attorney and a qualified trade mark practitioner, as well as a Notary Public. Her field of specialisation is trade mark prosecution generally in South Africa, the rest of Africa as well as internationally, including conducting trade mark availability searches, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications and attending to post-registration matters such as renewals and recordals of assignments and changes of client particulars.

Adré has a particular affinity for trade mark portfolio management, including conducting audits to ensure that clients’ trade mark portfolios are fully protected and advising on additional protection required by clients.
