Larissa is a South African trade mark attorney with a background in trade mark litigation both locally and on an international basis. She also has experience with advising clients on the commercial side of intellectual property law – including agreements such as licensing, assignments and co-existence.
Larissa is currently working in the prosecution team, handling aspects of local trade mark prosecution including trade mark searches and examination.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Social Sciences in 2012 and then a Bachelor of Laws in 2014 at the University of Cape Town, Larissa completed her Master’s degree at Stellenbosch University, with a focus on Intellectual Property Law, International Commercial Arbitration and Company Law.
