About Nick Pemberton

Nick Pemberton is a qualified trade mark attorney, and a partner at Von Seidels, with degrees in both business science and law. He has a  keen understanding of the relationship between commerce and law, nationally and internationally, and advises both start-ups and large well-established companies.

Nick handles all aspects of local and international trade mark prosecution including trade mark searches, examination and oppositions. He is also experienced with advising clients on the commercial aspects of intellectual property law – from agreement work such as licensing and assignments, to compliance work, personal information audits, due diligence and intellectual property valuations.

Nick is also responsible for the firms’ domain name portfolios and assists clients in a wide variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, alcohol, fitness, education, sport, entertainment, technology, fashion and food and beverages.
