Regardt specialises in trade mark and copyright litigation. In addition to enforcement matters, Regardt’s practice also extends to local and foreign trade mark searches, -filings and -prosecution. Regardt is an admitted attorney of the South African High Court; qualified trade mark practitioner; and fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL). Regardt holds a LLM in intellectual property law from Stockholm University; as well as a LLM in public international law and LLB from the University of Pretoria.
